Collection of background location data is solely used by select physician practices for purposes of improving patient experience. Location data informs doctors of patients‘ whereabouts within the office to improve response times. This data also enables us to estimate wait times for purposes of making patients happier. No location information is collected once someone steps outside of the select doctors office and all information collected is in compliance with HIPAA.
